Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Joins Forces to Promote an Alcohol-Free Society ✨ On July 16, 2025, Asst. Prof. Jittipon Sunthorn, Associate Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, together with Mr. Thanasit Chomchid, Assistant Dean, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kesinee Prathumsuwan, Asst. Prof. Piyanut Imdee, Dr. Phonsaran Kaentong, the Student Union, student representatives from all programs, and other students, participated in the activity “Volunteer Students: Nurturing Morality and Creating Social Value” – Activity 1: Reducing Alcohol Consumption and Risk Factors in Nakhon Pathom Province. The event took place in front of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. ???? The activity was co-organized with local government agencies and the Nakhon Pathom Provincial Alcohol and Tobacco-Free Network, under the project “Reducing Alcohol Consumption and Risk Factors in Nakhon Pathom Province,” supported by the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth). ???? The project aims to raise awareness, knowledge, and positive attitudes among youth in order to reduce risky behaviors, promote well-being for individuals, families, and society, and foster healthier lifestyles—especially among university students who represent a vital force for the nation’s future.
