On July 9, 2025, Dr. Chaiyut Maneerat, Vice President of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University, presided over the candle procession and the Buddhist Lent candle offering ceremony, along with offerings of traditional Thai monastic necessities, at Wat Mai Pinklaew, Nakhon Pathom Province, in observance of Asalha Puja Day and the beginning of Buddhist Lent 2025.
The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, led by Asst. Prof. Banpot Kitisunthorn and Mr. Thanasit Chomchid, Assistant Dean, joined the activity with students. The event, organized by the Office of Arts and Culture, aimed to support the preservation of Buddhism and promote the continuation of Thai cultural traditions in collaboration with other faculties and university departments.
